Mediterraneo Handcrafted Food is the kitchen of Chef Francesco Oliva, born and raised in Puglia, Italy. Everything we make is cooked from scratch in small batches, the way it is done at home in the south of Italy, then frozen fresh so a proper dinner is never more than a few minutes away.

No shortcuts and no ultra-processed ingredients. Just real food made by hand, for the nights you want to eat well without cooking.

Lasagna in three varieties, from a 1 lb portion to a 6 lb family pack. Hand made gnocchi and seven pasta sauces. Ten soups inspired by kitchens around the world. Slow-cooked meats like Guinness Braised Brisket and Pork Belly Porchetta. Savoury pies and vegetable sides.
